God is a woman

God is a woman

For the purpose of this discussion, the word God will be used in place of the transcendental. That which is above all polarities, that which is neither male nor female, good nor bad, peace nor destruction. The very substance of the different manifestations of form. That which is one and undivided yet responsible for the divisible nature of appearances. God not as an existential being but as ‘the’ very principle of existence.

The Universal Law of polarity tells us that “Everything is dual, everything has poles; everything has its pair of opposites; opposites are identical in nature, but different in degree”. It means that there are two sides to everything. Things that appear as opposites are in fact only two extremes of the same thing. For instance, heat and cold may appear to be opposites at first glance, but in truth they are simply varying degrees of the same thing. The same applies to love and hate, peace and war, positive and negative, good and evil, yes and no, light and darkness, energy and matter.

Infering from the assertion that god is above the polarities, we can conclude that he/she is neither male nor female; which in effect means that he/she is both in one. That god is all and that all is god. Both man and woman are manifestations of god. The failure of man to arrive at this realisation is the result of an apparent duality within himself. This is the result of imbalance in the frequencies between the two energies. The wider the gap between these frequencies, the more likely one is to loose their balance both mentally and physically. It’s repercussion is a constant state of despair. A house torn against itself. The synergistic energy of activeness and passiveness has not been harnessed. One is either too active, hence destructive, or too passive, hence laziness.

If God was either of the so called gender, there wouldn’t have existed what we refer to as the opposite. Godliness is achieved when one’s femine energy (yin) is in synchronous with the masculine energy(yang). When one is whole. When one can be active yet passive.

Within every man lies the latent qualities of a woman and within every woman lies the latent qualities of a man. That’s why a man and a woman are required to come together to conceive a baby. Both the genes of your mother and father are present in you. Same way when both the female and male energies within you come together, a new you is born. Because, as above, so below. That new birth is god. This is the actual interpretation of being born again.

Down the ages the word “man” has been used to represent humanity in general, more pervasively in religious text and scriptures. But since god can be manifested both as male and female and is responsible for the existence of both. The words female, she, woman will be more representative as opposed to male, he or man. Those words embody the wholeness of humanity in them. The word ‘female’ has ‘male’ in it. The word ‘she’ has ‘he’ in it and the word ‘woman’ has ‘man’ in it. Same can’t be said for the words male, he or man as they are only representative of a single polarity.

It will be therefore more appropriate to refer to humanity as woman and not man and as her instead of him. God is neither misogynistic nor misandrist which in effect means god is adrogynistic. This is the simple justification for the assertion that god is a woman.
